OK, I admit it. When traveling on the corporate card I couldn’t care less what color desk I wound up at. I just pulled out the card and handed it to the person behind the car rental counter that had the shortest line at the airport.
But when I started paying for my own travel, I came to my senses. Wow! Car rental really costs!

Doesn’t it seem confusing sometimes just to get a rental car? There seems to be so much paperwork and so many decisions to make.
For example, should you get the collision damage waiver or not? Should you buy additional insurance coverage from the car rental company?
With so many car rental companies on the net, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Renting a car should not be dreaded.
When you use the Internet, it’s easy, fast and you’ll definitely find a cheap car rental. You’ll find discounts, and you completely by-pass the hassle of calling a car rental company, waiting on hold for an extended period of time, and then wondering if you got a good deal.
